Code as Art

What is Code as Art?

  1. A course I used to teach in the architecture department at the University of Colorado.
  2. An idea for a school I once had.
  3. The name under which I did freelance software consulting, for example Smog City for the City of Sacramento.
  4. A domain name I now own and maintain for various reasons of convenience.
Consequently, there's not much to see here, other than a spinning star and my email address. There's actually lots of really important, top secret stuff squirreled away in subdirectories, but my policy is (or used to be) that you had to know the URLs to access it. Some people, however, tend to be sufficiently intrigued by my email address to type "codeasart.com" into Safari (or even other, inferior browsers) and then they complain that it's just a homepage with a cool spinning star.
