the possible mutations we have are:
word added,
word dropped,
word moved.
But how about a word being changed to a related word, e.g. the plural, another tense (for verbs), another form (for adjectives e.g. quick, quicken, quickly, quicker, quickest), the opposite (e.g. soulless/soulful), or a thesaurus hit? Might help thing to make sense more quickly.
